Terms
The short version. The apps are free and still in beta: things may break or change, so keep your own copy of anything important. Your data stays yours. Be kind, don't abuse the service, and don't rely on the apps for medical, training or financial advice. You can leave whenever you want.
1. Who these terms are with
These terms are between you and Alain Di Chiappari ("we", "us"). Contact: info@faccio.app. They apply to sudo, at sudo.faccio.app, and its beta waiting list.
2. Your account
You need a Google account to create an account. You must be at least 16 years old. Keep your Google account and your passkeys safe: anyone who can sign in to them can sign in to your account. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has used it.
3. What a beta is
The apps are still being built. That means:
- features can change, move or be removed,
- there may be bugs, downtime or, rarely, lost data,
- access may be limited to invited people.
Please don't rely on an app as the only place you keep something important. Use the export options to keep your own copy.
4. Price
The apps are free during the beta. If an app later becomes a paid product, we will tell you the price before you are ever asked to pay. Nothing is ever charged automatically, and what you added stays yours to export.
5. Your data and content
What you add to the apps is yours. You allow us to store it, process it and show it to you (and, in shared apps like scrocco, to the people you share it with), only to run the service. Don't add content you have no right to share, or anything illegal. How we handle personal data is explained in the privacy policy.
6. What the apps are not
- sudo: sudo is a training log, not a coach or medical advice. Train at your own risk, within your limits, and ask a professional if you are unsure or injured.
7. Fair use
Please don't try to break into, overload or reverse-engineer the service, don't use it for anything illegal, don't use automated tools against it beyond the API we offer, and don't share your access with others.
8. Your feedback
We'd love your feedback. If you send ideas or suggestions, you allow us to use them to improve our apps, without owing you anything for them. We will never publish your name or your words without asking first.
9. Ending
You can stop using an app at any time, and ask us to delete your account. We may end the beta, close an app, or suspend an account that breaks these terms. If we close an app, we will tell you in advance whenever we can, and give you time to export your data.
10. Liability
The apps are provided "as is", without any warranty. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses or for lost data. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your rights as a consumer.
11. Beta waiting lists
Signing up for a waiting list on our website is free and does not guarantee a place: we invite testers in small groups, and we may not invite everyone. The email you give must be yours. You can leave the list at any time by emailing us or using the unsubscribe link in our emails.
12. Changes and law
We may update these terms. If a change matters, we will tell you in the app or by email first. These terms are governed by the laws of Italy. If you are a consumer in the EU, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country.
